Food & Beverage Details:


Two Menu selections and one vegetarian option are permitted provided entree counts are given a minimum of 2 weeks prior to event.

Placecards for each entree are required on the day of the event and the group is responsible for supplying the namecards.

Final guarantee numbers for events with multiple entrees will be charged according to the final guarantee of each entree selection 72 hours prior to event.

If no guarantee is received, the "estimated" number will be considered the guarantee.

Corkage Fee: wine and champagne @ $ 15.00++/750ml or $ 25++/magnum.

A taxable 22% Service Charge and 8.25% Sales Tax will automatically be added to all food and beverage.

No outside food or beverages may be brought to or taken from a banquet room other than the client's cake, wine or champagne.

**All Rates are subject to change without notice, but will be confirmed 6 months prior to event.


Banquet/Wedding Deposits & Payments:

Banquet Rooms are not rented without a food & beverage function and minimum requirements will apply.

A Credit Card number is also required upon booking which may be used to either secure payment or used as a "guarantee only" pending other method of payment.

100% Payment must be received prior to event taking place. Final Payment will be based on the estimated number of guests and the total price of all Food & Beverages.

Corporate Accounts may be direct billed following the compeletion and approval of the Accounting Department and/or General Manager.
